“I learned to make Baklava while working at a Greek Restaurant during the summers of my college years. Carefully built with multiple layers of buttered phyllo dough, laced with a filling of walnuts, sugar and spices, and then soaked with a honey lemon syrup after baking.  My baklava was so good, the local Greek bakery used to come and buy mine to sell in their shop!” – Uncle Wizard
